Please set aside 20–30 quiet, distraction-free minutes. We run a full schedule helping patients rebuild their energy, metabolism, and hormones — so if you book, commit to showing up. This is your opportunity to gain clarity, not multitask.

2. Be Ready To Take Action

We only work with people who are done with guessing and ready to follow a proven blueprint. That means running the right labs, implementing changes, and showing up for yourself. If your motivation to take action is low, it’s okay to wait — we’ll be here when you’re ready.

3. Understand This Is A Private-Pay Program

We do not bill insurance.
Insurance pays to manage disease, not to build health.
Our clients invest out-of-pocket — and in return, they get their lives back. Most find that by healing their body, they naturally spend less on medications, junk food, and endless appointments that go nowhere.
